@Tinybrain. As I suspected, it looks like points values are a no-go. I can understand why. One of the bigger problems to overcome would be how to deal with zombie reinforcements, especially as a random amount turn up each turn, and sometimes none turn up at all. It is this kind of randomness that makes allocating points to both sides kind of difficult. I happen to like this degree of uncertainty when playing zombie games. It wouldn't work for many historical skirmish games but it is quite suitable for this particular genre.
