So, I have decided to get some of the files from World Works to make scenery to use in my Pulp City games. Here's the question -

I can only afford two sets, which two would you get to use with Pulp City?

I have no problem with Kitbashing and mixing things up, I'm just wondering which two kits are going to give me the most to start with and get the rest later on down the road to fill out my Modern terrain.

By the way, I have loved all of the Streets of Mayhem pics I've seen so far!

Hi, Jestor. Welcome. I would get Streets of Mayhem and then depending on whether you needed playable interiors, either Mayhem Armory or Mayhem Police Department. If playable interiors aren't too big a concern, then I suggest Bits of Mayhem Downtown. Also, get the cobblestone tile from the VillageWorks kitbash section for $1 for extra pulpiness.
