I bought gomc-1 the box set with rules and minis awhile ago but I have lost said minis to my cats, they got into the box yesterday, So I need a good site to look for minis. Also what is a good sized game board for playing the game?

GoMC1 miniatures are getting harder to find - not much turns up on ebay now at all. I get most of mine from the odd advert on theminiaturespage or bartertown.

Great to see you getting interested in my favourite game. I checked places I used to look for minis, but they are all out of them now... so ebay, or PMing Matt at Mongoose is probably your only chance. The best part about GOMC1 though, is proxies are easy to find.

Typically, using WWG tiles (7"x7") I do layouts of anything from 3x4 tiles to 5x5 tiles... which roughly works out to 2 to 3 feet. If you have a long running campaign, with some successful gangs, you might find you want a larger layout as the range of weapons increase, but normally a gang meets the judges before he gets too powerful.

well, I cleared out a stores set of hero clix boosters and have re based twelve figures I likes for one gang. and than I saw these:

Now, my question is what rules would I use with them, death on the streets doesn't have rules that would fit them does it, or should I just run them as humans. either way I want to use them as a gang, they are just so cute.

So what is your opinion?

You beat me to it! I have the original trio, and the new releases on my wishlist for Christmas. They are super cute in person and very reasonably priced.

I was planning to run them as a juve gang who are either wearing masks, or more likely had been through the face change clinic to display their gang affiliation. Mutants work well too as CCotD suggested.

Unfortunately, GOMC1 never did get rules for alien gangs.

Star Wars minis are great for a quick game. No prep needed, and lots of them are appropriate. They are also pretty cheap for the common ones on ebay, if you don't have them already.

Instant Fuzz (not sure on the name) was a spray can that made hair grow instantly, and was a fun craze for a while. Makes wookiees fit

Many of the alien races work as Undercity Troggs.

Robots... plenty of options.

The only thing it doesn't have is apes. For an ape gang, you will have to look around a bit. There are minis available still... Eureka Minis is a great place to start.

I played a gang called the "Rebel Alliance" led by Han and Luke. Was silly, but effective.
