You know, I'm actually surprised how relatively inexpensive overseas shipping is. I've done a number of minis trades oversea - Japan, the Philippines, and one to Germany, I think, and every time the shipping cost (via the US Post) has been pretty reasonable - only a few dollars. It might be worth investigating how much it would actually cost before writing it off.

Well But I undestand that it's a bit "random" ... or has to do something with Heighg/weight and weather ... because sometimes they ask 22$ for a 15$ book - and right now I've in my hands my last order from coolstuff with nearly 50 D&D miniatures in a half empty case (where you could put 4 -2 over 2- cases of heroclix/D&D to have an idea of the size) for 11$ and in 10 days in spain (all the packages via Air mail UPS arrive in that time to me 10 days...like a clock )...

So I understan that to know the price before the sending for the vendor is a bit tricky so I supos they make the bigger price they could think and the rest if benefice for them -not all but a lot of them- !!

I have shipped several footlockers full of items home from both Germany and Iraq, The most I paid was like $35-40 US and that was for a HEAVY case. I also insured everything so you can knock another $5 off that price.

If I had the money at the moment I would jump on that deal for 275 +S/H, but my wife has cut my gaming budget for the rest of... well forever (at least as far as she knows that is). If I win the Mega Millions tonight I'll shoot you a PM
