Also, what other messages did he receive during his stay?

Newton: How did people know two of the 'visitors' waited outside the room? Do the security cameras cover the corridor as well?

And, when did the computer and surveillance systems go down? During the period one of the visitors was away from the building? Or at some other time?

Thank you for coping with all these questions. It's just that it's such a terrible tragedy and as yet unsolved. If there is anything the POC might have overlooked that might help solve the crime, well, we'd very much like to find it.

I'm sorry Andros, but those messages are now the property of the POC, so you'd have to talk to them about seeing them. You're welcome to look in his room, but the POC have examined everything already.

The power was knocked out just after the visitors left. The power here hardly ever goes off, so it was unusual. Everything shut down and had to be rebooted, even devices with external power like the cleaning robots. The power was knocked out in this area, a few surrounding buildings had the same problem at the same time. Very unusual.

FYI everyone, I may be posting less often in the next few days b/c I'm studying for final exams.

We don't know what caused the power outage, as far as we konw there's nothing above / below us that could have caused it. Backett's room is just this way. She leads you up a flight of stairs and around a corner, then opens a door. The room is a typical hostel room, but is well kept. There is a simple bed, a table, and a couple of chairs, no more, no less.

Thandon - I assume that the POC have searched the room but would you mind if we did, just in case we can find something that they missed?

I would search but considering that I don't have investigate as a skill, I am probably not the best one to do the searching.

You can make a task chain, so like if one person succeeds they give the next person a bonus. I'll have to check the rules on that.

He turns to the others and says Something does not seem right about that power surge, may I suggest we talk to the shops on either side and try to see if they saw anything odd about the time of the surge. We checked with the management over there and they said that you guys had the same problem. What did it take down over here?...I tinker myself, so I know that faulty power units and stuff can do weird shit...were you guys workiing on anything that might do that?We dont have a problem with that...But we might have some sensitive stuff we want to use over there, and I was wondering if I need to shield it better?
