Only thing I can think of is the Kindred range from Hasslefree. Sci-fi Halflings in WW1 British uniforms. |

Not quite what you are looking for, but may help you fake it - Max Mini makes a line of 'Neobrit' heads. Add them to figures from certain other companies, and you can get close.
