Okay, unlike the V:tM $100 book I can actually see wanting this brute - all the critters from all the Tome of Horrors books in a single massive (800 - 1,000 page!) monster of a book. Hell, I ordered mine months ago. Like the V:tM this is limited edition, if you want it then you have about two weeks to order it from . There is a Pathfinder version and a Swords & Wizardry version. Buy it, hang onto it, sell it on EBay in a year or two.... The Auld Grump |

Paizo bought the entire lot of Tome of Horrors that hadn't been preordered. They put up a notice that for a Limited Time Only they would include a PDF free with the hardcover. The deal would have run out on the 22nd. They sold through in less than 12 hours. Frog God is going to do a second printing, with a different cover - they seriously underestimated demand. They are not making the mistake of calling the new printing 'limited edition'. The Auld Grump |

The tome doesn't look as massive in these pictures as it is...it weighs in at about 4 1/2 lbs, and is as thick as about 3 'standard' rulebook hardbacks. That book is mighty impressive. Makes me wish that I had one, but $100 is quite steep. I just can't justify that when I tend to go so long without any RPG book purchases... |

I bought the pdf for $30. There is no way that is getting lugged around to my game. The suspension on my car couldn't handle it |
