Hmm, not cardstock, but... every Christmas the dollar stores are flooded with Victorian Christmas Village decorations, including street lights. Bad time of year for that, but I did find . Seven dollars fro e-Crater, including shipping. Around Christmas they are a lot easier to find. Unlike most of the dollar store lights these actually look to have tiny bulbs and a battery pack.
