Hi..i'm new ^_^ Anyway, those were nice tutorials. I have been looking at Infinity for awhile, but one thing has always bothered me, so maybe you guys that play it can let me know what you think. So, what I don't like from reading the rules, is that one model can use all the orders of a team. It seems like this would encourage using 1 or 2 very powerful units with a lot of weaker ones, and just leaving the weaker ones in cover and letting the power units do all the work. I also don't like that the more models you have on the board, this one unit can suddenly walk farther, it doesn't make sense to me ^^; |

Yeah, that's called going Rambo (your tough guy) and pumping up your order pool with Cheerleaders (low point chaff). The order pool maxes out at 11 for a single combat group, but the key to the game is to contest all your opponents orders with your own AROs (Automatic Reactive Order). Nothing in the game is "unkillable", and using sound teamwork tactics is the best way to nerf said Rambo. Mowing down the cheerleaders works too as the Rambo/Cheerleader configuration is usually a glass jawed build. Oh, and welcome, are you the same Melon-neko over on the Anima Tactics forum?

On all the figures where they CG a moving disk in the videos, do the actual figures actually have anything touching their hands? I'd assume not. I wonder how adding like a transparency cut out to the hands would look. |

I thought the Hacker figures came with a small circular transparency for the hand......... I could be wrong. The Hacker figure I ordered ages back got lost in the post.... 
I reckon it would look pretty cool though. |

Yep, the hacker miniatures did come with transparencies for the hacking effects. Unless they've changed things, they should still be doing that. |

@LD2062 This is one of the Infinity Minis with the hacking plastics. They can be very difficult to attach and can be fragile. My solution was to glue very small magnets on the plastic acetate decals and then glue a steel wire to the mini's hands. That way the plastic can be removed and bumped and it isn't a big deal. Just FYI... |

Hey! I've joined this forums two or three days ago, to ask technical issues for the Codename: TItan, wich I bought precisely for using with Infinity, wich I'm just starting to play right now. I've started with Aleph and in the spanish forum (yes I'm, spanish, sorry for the gramatical mistakes) I've seen this trick with magnets to use with the "holograms" for the hackers. I'm magnet user too, for my warhammer armies, and I used to bought sometimes to a UK store in ebay. There I've found 2mmx0.5mm magnets wich I think would be perfect for this task. Here it's the link: I've thougt to glue a little bit of metal from a cola tin to the mini, and the magnet in the transparency, trying to minimize the "added" volume in the mini. What do you think about this method? could work, or It would be better with a magnet in both the miniature and the transparency? Well, thanks for sharing this tricks! Keep on paperfolding!!
