I don't mean to hijack your thread, but here's a (not too good) pic of my Warboss. He goes by the name of Noshrok Grimskull.

So my friend that got me into war gaming moved to Seattle (well...the area...) and wants me to play in a 40K league. What the hell, I say. Its all about fun, not competition, so its cool. Anyway, had yesterday off and after almost 10 hours of painting, I got...this! Primed, blacked and dry brushed in silver. Coat of rust. Rusted over with blacked in wheels. Da Boyz with green skin and rusty gear. Planning on putting some "sloppy" red paint over the rusty trukk and then some rusty streaks down that. Red shirts and tan bases on the boyz. |

They look prettier under the red dots of my marker lights! I'm playing a game of 40k right now. Just waiting for my turn. 4 way game everyone against each other. Chaos, Tyrandis, Eldar, and Tau. |

You know, having a big group of guys playing in a league built around story is making it more interesting. I have not had my official first game, but reading about other peoples armies and thinking about the back story for mine...makes it a LOT more interesting! |

I bought one of these for the base (added Todd McFarlane dragons to it instead) I was going to make it into an Ork Battle Wagon I still need to get around to it. |
