I am kind of embarrassed to mention this, but a few times two of my players have brought their karaoke machine to parties.
I have won, every time.
(In part because I cheat - choosing songs that I actually know, and that are within my somewhat limited range. The others take risks, but I know my limits.)
My friends always seem surprised when I win. (If I could drag my girlfriend to those parties I would lose - Jackie is much more musically inclined than I am. I only win because of strategy, she can actually sing.
I would also lose if Jenny were still in the area - for a while I had an opera singer in my game, playing a bard. She was also one of the skinniest people that I have ever known - so much for fat opera singers!
