Well my wife and I did it again! Some of you may have seen the big 'life size' cardboard modeling we did for my daughter's birthday. My son's birthday was last weekend and it was quite the production as well. No cardboard modeling but we did some really fun stuff for his "mad scientist" party. I'll get some photos up this weekend and share them with you all. For now I wanted to share, what I thought, was his coolest gift! This is one of the sweetest Castle sets Lego has ever done; and I've been building Lego Castle seires sets for 20 years! =) I'm torn between which I like more; this set or the Dwarven Mine set. Overall though I love what Lego has done with the Castle series by introducing orcs, ogres, dwarves, new props, weapons, etc... it's such a sweet line of products. If they weren't so expensive I would be using Lego exclusivly for all of my miniatures needs! |

they have em at my local Lego store. the set looks inspired by the really nice city buildings that have been coming out lately (thinking of the cafe) i have to say the lego booth was a highlight at toyfair (along with impersonating a member of the press to get in) in other Lego news i just picked up the shanghai chase set, i love those classic cars and the neat mini figs. |

Alright I finally got the photos off our camera, optimized, and uploaded. Check out the pic of the dry ice in the purple water! The warning about 'lab animals' was for our beagle; she's a rude hound when it comes to food =P |
