Heh - The PDF for the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game Core Rulebook will be available for purchase and download Thursday at 10 a.m. Pacific Time. We expect a lot of traffic on Thursday, and the messageboards may be disabled occasionally to help keep the site running smoothly. Anyone who can wait until Friday or later to get their PDF is encouraged to do so. They are gonna get mauled! and they know it! ![]() The Auld Grump, who went and checked their site at exactly midnight.... ![]() |

What's in the PDF that's not in the SRD? (p.s. Thanks for all the updates AG.) |

I believe that the SRD is pretty much only the rules - no pretty pictures, no examples, no little bits of fiction, and the bare minimum of formatting etc. just the rules. It does contain the rules for character generation, and so can be used to do just that. ![]() But if all you want is the rules.... Plus the SRD is linked - making referencing easy, but printing kinda annoying. The Auld Grump |

Ok Grump, you have both Pathfinder & Fantasy Craft so give us the skinny. Without geeking out too much which is better in what area, or mores teh point what are the points that make one of these fantasy RPG over the other. Lord Abaddon of Wormwood |

Thx for the link to the PF SRD. I had been using d20PFSRD.com but it's mostly Beta stuff right now. |

And a head's up - the Bestiary is also priced at $9.99. I guess that unlike WotC Paizo wants people to buy the PDFs of the rules.... The Auld Grump |
