Great Britain held on to S Gauge model trains for longer than the U.S., at least as a popular scale. I believe that has some prepainted S Gauge, but their time period tends to be a little earlier than modern day. Strangely, I know of more places that sell prepainted 1800s - 1920s figures than modern..... The Auld Grump |
