This week's Screaming Alpha review examines the gun-toting zombies of Mark Copplestone's Future Wars line. These unique undead soldiers would work equally well as special "super zombies" or just regular zeds who happened to drag their guns along after death. However you choose to use them, they've got the craftsmanship and attention to detail that the hobby has come to expect from Copplestone. For more details, follow the link for the lavishly-illustrated review. http://thescreamingalpha.com/2009/06/04 ... -castings/ Also in this mega-update, a review of some nice resin crates from Armorcast http://thescreamingalpha.com/2009/06/04 ... armorcast/ |

An interesting review. In regards to the weapons - I think that you may be working from a different zombie trope. I suspect that his are post-Apocalyptic zombies, things animated in the aftermath of nuclear devestation rather than the brain eaters of Night of the Living dead. The odd weapon choices are what they could scavenge. An example would be the Ghouls of Fallout 3. The Auld Grump |

Ah! I hadn't even considered that. Excellent point, Grump! Put it down to a case of genre-blindness on my part perhaps. |
