I just thought you all should know.... It looks like there is an updated GSL document on Wizards site. I just scanned the document, but it looks like they removed some of the nastiest provisions in the document (Such as the restriction of selling both OGL and GSL items, and much more fair termination clauses.) You might want to take a look to see if the new document makes it more reasonable for WWG to add 4E to your supported systems. The new document can be found . |

That's what I found extremely objectionable with their GSL, a third party developer could have thousands of dollars invested in product and Wizards can just go, hey, we've decided to terminate our partnership with you, oh that money you've got invested, sorry but you'll have to take a loss!

What is already making me roll my eyes is that they are talking about releasing a 4.5 hardcopy. And possible Fifth Edition upgrades. 4.5? 5th Edition??? Didn't they learn anything from the backlash of the 3.5 fiasco? And why the Hell do they need to go to 5.0 already? |
