Yeah, i think these showed up on Mel's board a while ago, but i can't find the link. They are made by a company in the UK called Suck UK. they have a range of them from Fire engines, fighter plane and the above tank, you can get it through them, or i have seen them on E-bay as well. upon further looking i guess it was here that they were shown... Which you posted in back in August |

Thank you. Do not think we will get one, but it would be fun to do so. |

Anyone here remember the Gi Joe Moterized Battletank from the 1980's? I had one, and I actually had a cat that figured out how to drive it. I had to put it up at night, because he would drive it arround the house all night long. All he had to do was push the little turret on top forward to make it go and then left or right to steer. This reminds me of that cat and his tank. |

Sounds cool, but that was after my time. The Joes did not have tanks in the late '60s, early '70s. Then again, that tank would have been a pretty big toy. A 12" doll versus a 4" action figure - what a difference! |

The 80's 4" GI Joe action figure phase was the weirdest that I know of. At first, the figures were rigid, but had great accessories and weapons. Then, the figures got more flexible, and the vehicles got more complex. Finally, the figures got neon colored, the accessories began to blow, and the vehicles were pretty junky. I feel sorry for the last 4" GI Joes. It must have sucked to have dressed in such bright clothing, making it easy for the enemy to pick them off at night because their guns were pretty crappy and their vehicles fell apart. |
