I have rarely had a problem re-downloading something that I have purchased online. I have problems remembering all the stuff I bought. Most places are pretty good about resets, resent passwords or activation codes, and the like. With that being the case, it doesn't seem like something that insurance would need to cover, seeing as it will most likely be free to replace. Sorry about your house, though. Good Luck. |

I hate dealing with insurance claims. We had a major flood which destroyed much of my office last year. I can relate. If you need downloads reset just fire off a mail to custserv@worldworksgames.com and we'll set you up. |
