It has been mentioned many times on these boards, but... . When I want a beer and pretzels game, this is the one I play. Not nearly as much as I would like these days. The Auld Grump |

DING DING DING DING! Bonus points!!! I've already played no-limits in a couple scenarios, and just forgot about it when I started this topic, not to mention the expansion. |

Still haven't played No Limits...would love to though. Favorite free one that I have played is most DEFINITELY Mordheim. Great skirmish game. |

Meh, like anyone needs to ask me. You know the game, and you know the rules are not free, or available as a PDF. Arabin |

Urban War It's a free download or you can buy the rules. I'd rather have the download and spend the extra on figures. I love the alternate activations system, although it is not as elegant as Wargods (not free hence no vote for that on this thread) but it keeps you in the game and you don't sit around for ages while your opponent moves, attacks and then you do the same to them. Cheers, Wukong |

I found one on boardgamegeek.com called dungeon crawl. I haven't even fiished reading it let alone played it. But it seems like a nice quick dungeon game. But what interested me the most is that its played without a GM. Anyone ever played it? |

Dungeon Crawl eh? For a simple game, the rules are awfully long...50 pages?! Wow...I read the only comment on BGG and that was their big thing. Too long and complicated for a simple game. Of course, it may still be good and just needs a MASSIVE rewrite. |
