Before I start.......... I need to mention that I did ask Denny for permission to post these links here. The stuff is free and not something that is direct competition to WWG, and would be very difficult to use in any form of gaming......... but I feel that they are definitely items that many people here will find interesting!!!! *Ahem* ![]() The other day I was looking around on the net for some papercraft stuff that I could do with the children (paper hats, finger puppets, animal models etc) and I stumbled on some rather nice (if a bit more complex than what I'm used to) paper kits, offered as free of charge downloads from a major Motorcycle manufacturer. ![]() A lot of the members here were pretty stoked when Slymoon put up his Bike bashes (which are very cool!!! ![]() ![]() The links in question are below: http://www.yamaha-motor.co.jp/global/en ... index.html and for the really, truely, deeply crazy..... ![]() ![]() ![]() http://www.yamaha-motor.co.jp/global/en ... index.html I've seen many complex models out there that you can buy, but these are free, so may be worth a look and download, maybe even printing out and having a go!!!! Anyhoo, Hope you enjoy! Shinobi *Currently thinking which one to build first........... no, not the ultra one!!* |

I've come accross that site before, although it appears to have more models availible then before. I've saved a couple but never built any. Actually when I saved them before they also had a bunch of props to make a diorama for the bikes. One in particular was cool, it was one of those tall toolboxes on wheels, the drawers opened and were full of tools. Unfotunately each tool was a seperate piece. As much as I like cardstock modeling these take too much time and effert to make. |
