I picked up a full license and one lite license a while back but have not yet had a chance to actually play online with it. Been working on the "Forgotten Forge" adventure from the back of the Eberron book and I've been pretty pleased with how editing works so far. Bought it 'as is', of course, but I'm looking forward to v2.0 at some point (free upgrade) because it sounds like it'll have some nice improvements - and maybe work better with some other game systems (like those with mixed dice pools). I'd say it's worth the purchase if you can find folks to use it with. Helps if you have some XML knowledge if you're interested in customizing the thing - I think there's a lot you can do but I'm just learning for now. M |
