Good stuff for Mayhem I think. Right Females with Small Arms Militia with Small Arms. I may need to pick up the Militia and Female Militia figures, not so sure about the boxed sets. Some might have been handy back when I was running Vampire, and others might be nice should I ever run a modern Spycraft game. The Auld Grump *EDIT* Yep, definitely giving the boxed sets a miss. ![]() |

After ordering them I suddenly realized that some of the Militia figures might work rather well as Browncoats, should I ever run a Firefly inspired game. The Auld Grump |

I have three of the four civilian sets and they are nice! Would have all four but they were out of stock of the males with pistols (purchased them through thewarstore.com). They sent me the boxed set of 8 figures instead, which included 3 of the 5 males with pistols. It's going to bug me that I don't have those two missing figures, but even at the great discount, I can't justify paying $7 to ship $7 worth of minis (me being unemployed and all). But I highly recommend them. Depending on how you paint them up, they could be modern civilians (fighting off zombies or robbing banks or taking turf) or near-future sci-fi types. Steve |

I have most of the Militia figures as well, but one of the male with small arms in the top left of the picture, holding the shotgun is the one I don't have. I would snap this up as 40% is a great deal, but the shipping is excessive for small purchases. I just took a look around some other sites and found a better deal. Quick price comparison for Militia with small arms: Discount Hobby - $7.20 (+$7.00 shipping) = $14.20 TheWarStore - $9.60 (+$3.95 shipping) = $13.55 Once again TheWarStore wins out. Arabin |

Hmm, I wonder if female cyborg exhibitionists would be sexier to male cyborg if they revealed more flesh, or more gleaming crome... I use the militia for Gangs of Mega-City One, and have a couple of the cyborgs that didn't look very cyborgish... i.e. only have an electronic gauntlet or something. It's such a shame that Urban War ended up going with their bizarre looking minis rather than the cool ones. Here is a set which has a few I use. Let to right, top to bottom, I have 3, 4, 5 and 6. Although I'm a terrible painter, you can paint these up to look fairly normal but slightly futuristic. Perfect for my game. For that price I'm tempted to get a second pack as it's less than a dollar per mini. Unless it is a single random mini from that range. Can't tell for sure. Arabin |

Meh, my Fiance doesn't really mind what I own or paint. Though I have so many figures at the moment that I really try to limit myself to what I can use (even if the Hasslefree 'Kindred' do look great). I also had a mate for a while that would buy me a different Succubus figure every year, so I've got a collection of bare boobs (though some of the sculpts aren't pretty). |

I ordered a bunch of stuff, just cause I love the way the Mini's look. I have never dealt with dicounthobby before but their service is excellent. I'll be dealing with them more often. CCotD' |
