Wow! I'm both laughing and crying right now! I wouldn't necessarily recommend moving to the US, though, for similar reasons. I motion that we all move up to BC with Denny and Paul!

Saw this on the news last night and I couldn't beleive it. "It's not the 1st of April already is it?" I thought. Try this one on for size: At my daughters school, they refused to let a kid share cupcakes with her class because the cupcakes had little jack-o-lanterns on them! |

It sickens me that the world is moving in this direction, but almost everywhere I look there seems to be more insanity, stupidity, incompetance and lies. The poppy affair is crazy. I always used to buy a poppy until I left the UK, but I never thought of it as a religious symbol, it was in rememberance of those who gave their lives defending our rights. And look what we are doing with those rights! Sigh. I like some individuals, but these days I have to say that I really don't like people in general. My daily mantra has become, "People Suck!" Oh well, I'd better go take my calming medication and stay away from sharp objects for a couple of hours. Arabin |
