Post subject:  Computer Gaming: ShadowGrounds
Steam has alot to answer for, as I have just found a game called . Think old school shoot'm up with new school shadows and lighting.

The action is birds eye viewing with the keyboard directing movement whilst the mouse rotates the facing and also has a fixed crosshair.

As for game play, think doom complex meets Aliens/bugs! I have been playing the demo and I must say I already have had one of the heart lurching jolts that one gets when a big nasty springs from above.

The game is cool - if anyone remembers Crusader: No Remorse by Origin Systems will understand the sexyness of this style of gaming. Going through the demo so-far I hace seen PCON constructions left right and center!
