Someone is going to post it, so it might as well be me. might be the answer your looking for. The only downside is that it uses d4, d6, d8, d10 and d12.

The other thing about Savage Worlds is that they, Pinnacle Entertainment, have the rights and are producing a Mage Knight RPG using the Savage Worlds system.

Savage Worlds is a genreic rpg that's linage comes from a tabletop mini game, this means that the system is very mini friendly. There is also a sub-system of Savage Worlds called (pdf.), a point based mini game system. This is Savage Worlds without the RP and added point to balance the game.

Savage Worlds has a very large following and a community that would almost equal here in friendliness and helpfulness.

As for the system of SW - its non-complex almost simple but with out being llite or pointless. It works, and it works very well. The learning curve is not bad and best of all the system runs through all facets of the game.

I know I haven't really told you much, and I sure others will be summoned by your call, and they can do SW the justice it deserves.

I'm sure there are other options but the dice restriction is a bit of a clincher.

First off, just so ya know, Pinnacle Entertainment is going to be releasing a Mage Knight RPG. Its not too far off as far as I know. Here's the forum discussing it and where you can ask questions.

I already play Mage Knight with Roleplay elements...

I used the same template and altered it quiet alot to my needs. As a Mage Knight DM, we even write Adventures for our MK Playnights, very similar to D&D.
It works perfectly and makes alot of fun, much better than just the standard MK rules.

And soon, i'm gonna use WorldWorksGames stuff for it :P

Anyways, once you are done reading and altering the Quest rules, try out this site, This is a damn good source for your first MK Quest Adventure.
Read it, it is very good with puzzles and stuff.
