I had the wonderful pleasure of meeting both Danny John-Jules (Cat) and Craig Charles (Lister) and having a chat. Cat is my favorite character, mainly due to his dancing background, which makes him able to move like, well a Cat. I told Mr. John-Jules that I loved the way he moved and that he needed to pressure the writers to put more scenes in where he could actually do more routines. I believe it was in the 8th series that he actually got to do a routine when they were attempting to escape something. I have poorly recorded Video's from PBS so I'm anxiously awaiting the release of series 8 on DVD in the US. I've been searching for other stuff by all of the actors. The guy who plays Listers best friend Petersen (Mark Williams) is Mr. Weasley from the Harry Potter movie series. The Fat Game Attendent from "Back to Reality" (Timothy Spall) plays Wormtail in the Harry Potter series. The website can usually help you find other stuff actors did. But of course it helps to know who you are looking for  .
By the way (for the UK folks) what the heck is a "Twonk" anyway? CCotD' Edit: I totally forgot about "Tounge Tied" and the dance routine from a dream. I've the CD of that. GREAT STUFF! |
