Well I used to be a huge 40K player, but I lost intrest due to horid prices, not enough players in my area and quite frankly a weak story and history. Got tired of Space Goth. So now for Sci-Fi I play No-Limits Sci-Fi Wargame I find it very fun to play and I can use any line of figures that I want. |

I mostly play Battletech, with a touch of Stargrunt and a hint of 40K, garnished with Call to Arms and Warmachine ![]() Quick Question; is it ok to post pics of figures in this part of the forum? How about if they're displayed with WWG terrain? Is it OK to post pics of scratchbuilt terrain (ie no other amnufacturers stuff?) Thanks! |

In the sci-fi wargaming department, I own Necromunda, Rezolution, Gangs of Mega City One, Chain Reaction 2.0, Combat Zone, and Starship Troopers. I'm currently playing SST every week as it's a good army level game with great armies and slick rules. My award for 'most fun game in the list' goes to Chain Reaction, as you can adapt it to *any* setting, and it's focused purely on having a good time. |

I picked up Rezolution today. Two Starter Sets and the Rulebook, (APAC and CSO to start) and read through the rule book. I can see why World Works is involved with the game for terrain and all. I can see this becoming my Sci-Fi Choice where Warmachine is my Fantasy choice (yes AuldGrump, I said Warmachine was fantasy ![]() Edit: I also picked up (At Toy's R US) a game called Battle Ball (it was 5 bucks) by Milton Bradley. It is a "futuristic football" game. The rules are not the best written, but with some quick agreeable interpretations, it turned out to be very fun. After 4 games of Warmachine, I played 6 games of Battleball. If you know of people who do not play wargames, but are on the fence, you might want to pick this little Gem up and see if you can get them addicted... er I mean "into" the hobby. ![]() @Aleph13, How do you handle the Random pack thingy with the Star Wars Mini's? I purchased whole cases of everything but the Universe collection. I sort of got discouraged when after opening 24 boxes, I did not get the Mini's I wanted. CCotD' |

Hello all. I found out about WWG from a sci-fi game forum called Infinity. Some of the folks on the forum over there were talking about the terrain you all have, and I like the Mars terrain. Anyway, I just thought I'd chime in with Infinity as the sci-fi game that I play regularly. you can find the miniatures, quickstart rules, and all that good stuff at www.infinitythegame.com |

That was me !!! Today I went trolling through my Mecha links due to SDragon's post about RFOnline (wicked man - I cann't even get RFOnline here in Australia let alone pay for it monthly), and I remembered Infinity. I like the concept of the game but I really want the core book to read throughly before committing to another game that won't be supported in Austalia. Glad my post got another fan.
