Post subject: | Evernight... -Only GM will contain Spoilers if all goes OK |
I'm preparing to GM the Evernight campaign, I know that someone of you are playing it (Hi Robby - very usseful you list of D&D miniatures to use...only a few a bit expensive to get them...). My players are all Greedy, vengefull and all the hydrance they could buy to get edges...i'll made them pay every single of them...I'll change a bit the "introduction" because they PC's are like tomb-riders...treasure hunters...so I'll make the excursion to the sakaran-ruins her first incursion but no a real mision (the sending of the letter) and I'll make them feel gilty (try to make belive them that all what happens began when they take the stone...) I'm having doubts/questions and hope they servers to the GM comunity because I'm thinking in the Sets I'll have to made to play it...So I thrown the firsts question and will go bouncing here... From here my doubts about GM-ring it and Building the models... The first encounter... In WW needs ! The Sewer with the fight with the rat swarm...It' suposed to be a square with water/mud in the center and a walkway in the borders - Chunky Dungeons ?? but it have no walkaway ¿¿?? and no way of making a room...only aisles...I know that there is a serwer post over there but I don't see myself with time to make a mod - The size is each square 2" so I supose you need 2 squares of Worldwork to make 1 square of the map... II [ ] II In Gamemastering: I knew my players...the will put inside the sewer and said that the rats can bit them (and if the walkaway is only 2 inch, more that half of the rats will be in the walk ?) how can explain that...and the think about the cut/slash not dealing damage ?? maybe half...but no damage at all...and all the people inside the circle of the rats get bitten at 2d4 damage (without to hit roll ??) maybe 1d4 if inside water ¿?? Hope answers, and sorry for the overflow of questions...more to come |

Here are some of the Moria pix that Dkarr mentioned (as long as I'm re-uploading stuff): Mostly GR. Balin's Tomb: The Bridge at Khaad-Dum: |

I will go in that terms...10%of weight in gold but...do you realy take care of the weight of the Gold crowns in the game ? ...How do you apply it ... 10golds 1 weight ??? Idea ? - Is that I making them account of what they wear and don't want them after going with 1000 Gold crowns appart ! Thanks... |

[quote="robby" As for the ore, if you go with my system, then you'd have roughly 1 pound of ore being worth 5 suns. That is probably too high a value per pound, but what the heck - its not like they're actually going to get a chance to use it. ![]() That one will be good in the next sesion...I supose the first thing they will do when go out of the cave is go to see the mine...but what use will they have for the money...je, je... ![]() ![]() Auld...thanks for the info and for restraining ![]() |

For gold you can always use the classic 12 = 1 pound, heh. (ie., Troy weights, 12 oz to the lb) |

One last question that arisen las sesion... When you roll opossed both roll versus 4 (standar difficulty plus/minus bonus) and the higgher roll wins...or you roll versus the Skill/Atribute of the other ?? Thanks... |
