| Post subject: | Job Seeking Help Needed |
I haven't been job-hunting since 1995, back when $7/hour seemd like a big improvement. I have been recruited into every job change since then. I find my self in the unpleasant spot of feeling it necessary to find new employment. The only problem is, I have NO idea how to go job hunting in the modern world. Can anyone give me a primer, make some website reading recommendations, or otherwise point me in the direction of learning how to seek employment in the digital age? Thank you so much for any help. BTW, I am in Las Vegas, NV, and looking to change jobs because I have been injured for a third time at my current one and I really want to get out while I am still employable. |
