So, I found a website that breaks down really easily how to get broken Pathfinder Minis replaced by Wizkids: http://www.pathfinderminis.com/replacement.html I had a broken shark from my Skull and Shackles order, so I followed that process, filled out the order, and shipped the broken piece in to Wizkids. I just got the replacement back from them today. And they sent me back the same broken shark that I had sent them. WTF??? |

For what it is worth, I have never heard anything good about WizKids customer service - before Topp's, during Topp's and after Topp's, they were and are very bad about replacements - I heard something very similar about a Hero Clicks figure that was missing the disk that should have been inside the base - and they also got back the same unusable figure.. I would suggest giving them a phone call, and then a piece of your mind. ![]() The Auld Grump |

I sent an email to the only address I could find on their site. I didn't see a phone number anywhere, but I didn't look that closely, to be honest. |

Could you define broken? The post for the sharks tend to pop off of the bases and can be reglued, just wondering if it's something like that or something worse. |

Yeah, it's just the post for the shark broke off the base. I could reglue it with superglue, most likely, but I liked the idea of them replacing it--especially since it's an extra one I was probably going to sell online or something. |

I've found that the glue pops the post off of the base pretty clean. I think it might be from the cold or just a quick jarring that does it. A few others had reported the post snapping. I must say, I don't understand this statement "but I liked the idea of them replacing it--especially since it's an extra one I was probably going to sell online or something."? Were you just looking for a freebie? |

No, sounds like he wants to sell a mint condition model instead of a broken and glued back together model. And wanting not to surprise a customer with a model that had been glued back together - customers are bothered by little things like that. It is the kind of thing that bad reviews are made of. Ninevah, you can get in touch with Paizo customer service, when I had trouble with my pathfinder figs, they took care of me. Email customer.service@paizo.com or call 425-250-0800 during our business hours: Monday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM Pacific Time. |

If a wing on one of your dragons that you custom painted and packed came unglued during shipping to a costumer you shipped to, you would custom paint another dragon and reship it? Wizkidz offers "cheap" pre-painted products, there's a known issue with the posts popping off of the bases. I was trying to bring this to the OP's attention. I'm not defending their customer service, I didn't even bring it up. I was thinking that perhaps the 2nd figure had the same issue and popped off of the base. I was asking about the extent of the damage - because I know about the issue with the posts, I was positing the scenario and wondering if it was a necessary thing to go through customer service at all (because the posts are notched at the bottom to aid in assembly it's not obvious that the piece is just unglued and not broken - I thought all of mine were broken at first, but most were just dislodged). We don't see eye-to-eye on a lot of things, I guess we can add "an unglued base = a broken figure" to that list. |

I feel like there is an excess of hostility here. Anything I can help with? |

Well, color me surprised. I had emailed Wizkids Support the day I got the "replacement" figure. They just finally responded, saying they are sorry that it arrived that way. They're sending out a replacement without the need for me to send it back. They aren't all that fast at responding, but at least they're trying to resolve my problem. |

I actually got the replacement mini from WizKids yesterday and they made good on their promise. The mini I received was the correct one and wasn't broken or detached from the base. |

Is it weird I read this whole thread only for the drama ? ![]() After the first response I was like "I don't care about this thread"... and then it got interesting! |
