thanks.... now i'm waiting my carnifex... not sure if he's able to stay all inside if so... it's a superwin!^^ p.s. i didn't add any lash or teeth because i didn't want to ruin the effect or to fix some unwanted features! |

That's great - love it. You've done an especially good job with the paint job on the top section. The color choice and blending is superb. |

I saw a tutorial using this in the Hive Mind forum or one of the other Nid forums. The guy left the rubbery bit off and had tendrils and such coming out from inside. Some well placed magnets would make tons of flexibility. |

Actually, there was are several toys available that would work. Some have tentacles some are just snakes. You could easily take small rubber snakes and attach scything talons to them, or just use pipe cleaners covered in putty. I would think some Akira style tentacles would do just fine coming out of that hole. The only limit is what you put on it. For that matter, green stuff rolled out into long cylindrical sections makes great tentacles and you can customize each one easily with zero sculpting skill. Check the toys stores, craft stores and DIYs. There is always something in one of those that works for every project. |
