Yeah, it's been a long while since I started painting something new. A couple months ago I finished up a unit for Wargods, last autumn I finished a few items for a D&D game. Today, I finished up some old Ral Partha 28mm Mexican gunslingers. I find my painting skills to be quite rusty. And my shading dip has turned to Sludge Monster Territory. So I had to shade old school, mixing a very dark brown and then thinning it to use as a wash. Maybe I'm not so rusty; I had better luck with this method today than I think I did ever. Anyways, if I can remember my Photobucket login info I will post some pictures later. |
