Can I get some recommendations from you guys for potential sculpts for my players? I know you're among the best for sourcing interesting minis. ![]() The characters so far: - A river gnome barbarian with Pathfinder sized eyebrows and mohawk. Carries a shield that narrows in the middle and swirls like a mathematical integral sign (or a fish... he's very fishy). What clothes or loin-cloths he wears are leathery and... kind of manky and disgusting. Gregarious, but has no sense of shame or propriety. Talks in a pseudo Irish accent. - An elf/drow ranger-but-wizard-wannabe that wears a beret and smokes a long pipe. Has a bit of a drug problem but he can stop any time he likes. Very aloof and hangs back often in a nearly immature "Oh them? I'm not 'with' them really" kind of way. - A half-elf half-orc (it's complicated) rogue with punch daggers and a personality that slides between acting dumb and reluctantly taking the lead. He sometimes thinks he's Batman (or something like with the low growly voice). - A full elf with a bow and a surprising lack of maturity (he's played by a 14 year old who's bright but gets impatient easily... In response to silly idle questions I allowed the character a once-a-month spell that could sumon a porcelain toilet, except that it was miniature fairy sized). - A gnomish cleric with shockingly pink hair. The character hasn't developed a real personality yet, but her human speaks with the same deep disdainful voice of Raven from Teen Titans. Incredibly she's summoned an owl as a mount already. The character does a decent job as a healer (albeit reluctantly and with rolling eyes in the case of the elven bowman). For the NPCs and such I plan to keep using standees. Much easier. I just think the players would get a kick out of having some metal or plastic for their very own. |
