My suggestion is this. Refer the person above your name. If you're the last person on the list, the top person will refer you when this thread is locked down on the last day. That way most people can get their referrals done early on and don't have to rush at the end.

Since the suggestion of Greyhaze uses the opposite referential direction than the current referential list (in which everyone references to the person below him), I'm holding off making my reference just yet, till we have agreement over that. Being the last person currently on the list, I prefer the order of Greyhaze, allowing me to make my referential early. Worst case I don't get a reference back, in which case I'm no worse off than I currently am. |
