I have learned to suspend any belief in the treatment of physics, chemistry, and whatever scientific processes the writers of TV shows are trying to circumvent, although at times it is just too much to bear
. What annoys the most are the unrelenting plot cliches that are presented. One of the main actors is put in peril. Oh no! Will they survive???
Of course they will. 
The main bad guy is captured. Instead of getting rid of the jerk, some totally unbelievable plot mechanic is used and the bad guy gets away, multiple times ad nauseum. It would be nice if the writers would come up with something new instead of recycling the same cwrap.
I recorded Revolution and watched Hawaii Five-0 this last time. A lot of eye rolling. I guess the vehicles the 5-0 bunch use are faster than cell phones since they never seem to phone ahead to alert someone that some bad stuff is gonna happen, but them cars sure look spiffy weaving through traffic with the lights flashing before they screech to a halt at the crime scene.
The Kindle is starting to get a good workout.
