Now this is jewelry I can get behind. This works especially well for fidgeter who twist their ring - no more blister or callous under that ring!

Wouldn't you still get callouses under the twisting part of your ring?

I remembering seeing this some time back (probably a year+ ago) and thinking that it was cool, but looked like it would hurt the two adjacent fingers.

But, can you do it in paper?

Looks to me like there's an inner ring that the gear piece slides on, so there should be no moving parts against the skin of that finger. Now the adjacent fingers!!!!

It looks like the outer pieces do ride on a track (or most likely a bearing-style setup) so I do not think the callouses would be an issue. I also do not think it would hurt the adjacent fingers, but then again I guess it would depend on the sensitivity of the other digits.

now if it only had a tiny generator attached so I could power all my electronic items while on the road....
