I have grown fond of the Masonite Econo Bases by Galeforce 9. Enough so that when I ran out of my pint o' bases I decided to order more and in more sizes. Except that G9 no longer carries them. ![]() has some, but only in either small quantity (15 bases don't go that far) or in sizes I don't need. I want a quart of 20mm and a quart of 25mm bases, but.... The Auld Grump |

Litko Aerosystems has an excellent diversity of bases. My last check put 100 bases in the 16 to 20 dollar range, depending on material used. |

minibits is making MDF, I was never sure if the Galeforce 9 were masonite or just MDF. http://www.minibits.net/BC25-p39/ |

This place makes plastic squares that are 1 inch in size... Could also try this place... Linko carries mini bases... I've got to check when I get home where I got my bases from. I think it might have been from G9 as well and if it was, I'll be very unhappy! |

For my 15mm and smaller 25mm or 30mm I can use pennies. I figure if the Feds come to bust me I can pop them off as I use white glue to base them in the beginning. And for the price, I don't think you can beat them. Actually, I do believe you could use nickles and even quarters if you need bigger bases. Last year I used washers, but I think coins are now cheaper. |

That's the bunny! ![]() Masonite is a high grade of MDF, a trademark, if I recall correctly. Those will do just fine, thanks! The Auld Grump |
