Hey does anyone know how to contact worldworks directly? I have problems with an order I never received. I tried to contact them via the contact tool on this site but they have not gotten back to me. Does anyone know how long I will take them to get back to me?

To download your purchases from the WWG store, just log into your account on the store (if already logged in, use the "My Home" option at the top of the store) and download them from the "My Collection" "My Freebies" and "My Kitbashes" section under your account. "My Collection" normally appears as soon as you log into your account on the store, that and the others are available via the options on the right of the screen under your account/My Home.

FYI, you are allocated a certain number of downloads form the store. Once all available downloads have been used, you may request an additional download by selecting the "Request New Download" button below your chosen item (in your collection/freebies/kitbashes).

The problem is my purchase does not appear in the collection or freebee section. I have contacted them but they have not responded. How long does it take for them to answer generally?

I ordered the Inn of the Feisty Friar Props set directly from this site.

It has been 3 days and they have not contacted me.

Give it another check irondawn. There was a bit of a backlog and Paypal was plugging up orders for some reason. Should be cleared now.
