Post subject: | Where to Buy Minis |
I have TONS of D&D pre-painted minis (almost 2300) and would love to pick up some of the ones I am missing. I am not looking to complete sets, but more for additional quantity of some of the ones used often in an Eberron game...and maybe a few specific ones. Ebay is more expensive than Troll and Toad at a quick glance...especially with shipping costs. Any other suggestions? |

Auggies is amazing, and has flat rate shipping in US. (okay, I'm dropping you a shameless plug for DCMs, but he does carry a huge stock of PPMs) |

I've ordered from Miniature Giant before, but no idea how they compare on pricing. |

I prefer to shop at Auggies as he has good prices and excellent customer service. So that is my first stop, then TnT and Miniature market, then random E-bay. |

I buy all my PPM singles from Troll and Toad. Good prices and they ship fast. |

I checked Troll and Taod vs Minature Market vs eBay last night and saw that TnT < MM (barely) < eBay (by a decent chunk). I will check out the other two or three you guys mentioned. Thanks! Also, let me know if any of you have any for similar costs. I would prefer to keep the money with the WWG crowd as much as possible ![]() |

There is also Gold Dragon Horde - http://www.danddminis.com/. The only thing that I know about them is that they advertise in Kobold Quarterly. The Auld Grump |

So far it seems like Troll and Toad and Augies compete for the best price point for most of my list. If I were to buy one of each it would be just over $90 before tax and shipping (that is about half of the products from each store). This saves about $10 from buying all at Troll and Toad. Looks like it comes down to shipping costs (which I think TnT wins it). |

I'm a little surprised that TnT would win on shipping costs. Auggies has a flat rate and combined shipping. Back when I ordered from TnT they didn't do very good combined shipping - however, I guess that's changed! |

I also sometimes use these 2 sites: http://www.beholderthebargains.com/servlet/StoreFront http://www.coolstuffinc.com/ The 2nd one carries a lot of general gaming stuff, including board games, so I use them for other stuff, too. I've long been a fan of Auggie's Games, too, though. |
