Not sure if this is the right area for this, but I figured better the catch-all area than the obviously wrong area.

I bought a couple PDFs from WorldWorks last week (Mayhem Street Props and Mayhem Traffic; I already have Streets of Legend). I got through the process and to the point where PayPal sent me an e-mail saying "payment confirmed", but they're not showing up on "My Collections", and the order isn't showing up in "My Orders". I still have the payment confirmation e-mail from paypal from the 23rd of March.
I tried contacting support through the handy web form, but I never received a reply or acknoledgement that my message was received... I really hope my e-mail isn't on some spammer list or some such...

Anyway, just curious if anyone has had similar problems or if there was anyone else I could contact? Or should I contact PayPal to yank my payment?
