I figure that enough of us around here spend time building at or near a computer that it would be good having a place to go to and let others know you are online. I am getting some building done right now and have both Skype and Steam, as well as Ventrilo and Teamspeak. |

Good idea! I am building too...but shelves and stuff in the new house (hopefully some of them will hold terrain). |

I need more shelves too... I am probably going to start building terrain today very soon. Would anyone like to join me? Edit: And the building begins. Hit me up if you want to chat through some building. Otherwise, I will have to find some show/movie to watch. |

Using West Wing to create a 1' x 1' "City Hall". Been cutting and stuff all day. I have a 4' x 4' WWG layout for ATZ. I am hosting another game on Monday and I try to have some new stuff for the guys to see each time we meet. You can't believe the complements that I get each time we meet. A lot is "I can't believe this is all paper!" I have been pushing for WWG! I love this stuff and the cost is great! I'm just starting out with scenery and there is NO WAY I could afford to do all of this with resin, plus the storage is a huge plus too. I know I have at least a few new "customers" for WWG! |

Steam has issues if you don't download something before trying to add friends and stuff. Try a demo or a free game (like Team Fortress 2) if you don't want to buy anything. I am online now and building before getting some work done. |

Mine was a bit buggy last night and was getting 2 different "Add Friends" Dialogs of which 1 didn't work. Added you now so should be working. Grrr Unreal has moved to the steam system. |

I'm currently hanging out in the Steam chatroom if anyone is feeling chatty. Not doing anything more exciting than cutting out tile notches though. |

I am off this week and therefore will be building off and on much of the daytime. I will try and sit in the WWG Steam group chat when I am online. |

Today was rather productive: 15 Deadfall tiles 1 cactus A bunch of office-type props from Feisty Friar The plan for later: The last three tiles (just need to cut some more foamcore) Start the Canals tiles I have sitting in a pile on my desk. Edit: spent my remaining build time this evening rough cutting out 24 6" mounts on label paper/foamcore and another 6 3x6" mounts. They are ready to cut notches tomorrow and be wrapped in tiles. I am headed to bed a little early to read and snack on junk food ![]() |

Well, I haven't updated here in a while but I finished up my Deadfall stuff and made a dozen or so Canals tiles to go with my already made Streets stuff. I haven't built much in a week or so but am going to work on some trees. I figure that I could one day use enough to fill a forest, so it isn't wasted time. That and cutting out foamcore templates for later use. |

I'll be working on trees this weekend, plus I need to cut some craft foam status tokens. Not today though. |

My Federation fleet came in yesterday (from Mongoose publishing) So I don't see much paper crafting in my immediate future. I still have that beautiful Pinzguaer to start, though. |

Went to Chris' development website and picked up 2 of the other Pinzgauer variations: the 'rust bucket' and the green 'Rescue 2' (an homage to Thunderbirds!). |
