Since nobody else has started one, I'll do it now! What did you get for the gift giving holiday of your choice? My group started early and had a BIG Xmas party tonight including a goose and lots of great food. As for presents, I got Pathfinder Core Rules Skyrim Sons of Anarchy shirt Drum belt buckle (I'm a drummer) From another friend, also got WWE All Stars and Batman: Arkham City and my wife got De Blob 2! |

Mostly made out for the kids this Christmas, which is how it should be. For myself, I got Transformers: Headmasters, the HG Shining Gundam, ACE Gundam Normal, and HG Blu Duel. I also used credit to get the two extensions to Tropico 4. |

We did a TON of stuff for our friends kids as well. That was so fun. For the two boys, got them each a two pack of Marvel Super Hero Squad and a big box of Matchbox cars. For our other friends daughter, got her a miniature Stonehenge and the My Little Pony hot air balloon. That one was her favorite toy of the night.

I had electronic-only gifts this time, exactly as I wanted: two Honor Harrington audio books, and an itunes voucher. Yeah zorg 2.0! My nephew will be getting the Siegeworks catapult + trebuchet (btw, the unzipped "seigeworks" folder nags me every time I see it). |

Citadel Paint Station + ( I was told I got that becuase the brush set was sold out ) It is surprisingly nice and sits very comfortably in your lap. |

One of my girlfriends made me a Guenther the penguin plush from Adventure Time, it's really rad! That's pretty much all I got this year apart from a few gift cards and cheap chocolates. |

Looks like all my players chipped in to get me one of the CMoN Dragons.... Now that I have my own... I have no idea how to paint it.  I had been thinking a blue, but now I am tempted to do a green. (The D&D/Pathfinder dragons that I have used tend to be split between green and black.) I would have to add trees around the ruined castle. Seasons 1-3 of Castle, with an extra set of the first season.... Airship Pirates - I was told outright not to buy it, that I would be getting a copy for Christmas, so not a surprise. My kids got a huge haul. Highlights include: Toy lightsabers iPod touch Leapster and a ton of games Hand made fancy doll crib Toy castle with princesses and knights Me I don't need much so I got in total: A woodworking book A couple months of Netflix A hand knitted scarf And the return of my lost wedding ring That's it. But you know getting my wedding ring back makes this the best Christmas in years!!! |

We do a themed Christmas every year when it comes to presents. Last year was Doctor Who (although every year we give some kind of Doctor Who gift), this year was Marvel. Several board games and movies, Xbox 360 games, and a few action figures. So this Boxing Day is to be known as Marvellous Marvel Monday. We played the game Similes on Christmas Eve and I asked my youngest Daughter the question, "As blind as a..." and she immediately snapped out her reply "Daredevil!" |

I got a book on homesteading, building your own solar panels and raising your own food. I guess that says more about my paranoia than anything...lol. Oh and a gift certificate for the music store (buying a good mixing board ). Kids got spoiled and had a lot of fun. |

The prize this year for me was a continuous ink system! I just installed it (making one *minor* mistake that turned things into a total mess!) and SWEET - my first photo print came out GREAT, so I assume it was a success. Time to get a whole lot of printing done! |

Kids got tons of stuff, too young for me to start corrupting into geeks though. My wife and I agreed on minimal stuff for each other...and agreement I made her feel guilty for sticking with when I went overboard. I'm planning on starting a bachelors online soon so my parents hooked me up with . My wife also scored . The fact that my parents can swing gifts like those is why they're impossible to shop for. If they want it, they have it. So they got some framed pictures of the kids, which I think they were happy with. P.S. Yes, I know I'm spoiled. |
