The rules look... interesting. Different models within the same unit might have different experience rating - there are green, experienced, and veteran troops, all costing different points.
Green troops roll green dice, Experienced troops roll white dice, and Veteran troops roll red dice.

Most intriguing are the 'What The ?!? Tables'. War seldom goes as planned - sometimes it is on a unit by unit basis, other times it is more general. There are lots of things that can go wrong in this game, from torrential rains in the jungle, to your troops finding a store full of liquor in the city, to the fact that your weapons were manufactured by the lowest bidder....

Reminds me a bit of Trenchfoot.

Overall, I quite like the look of this game - it is not heroic in the sense of WH40K, and there is definitely a healthy dose of SNAFU.

Kind of interesting that they would start the game with only two troop types available. If the rules are good, though, that won't matter!

That system of rolling dice of different colors reminds me of the Command And Color system from Battle Lore and Memoir ´44. Maybe they´ve taken some of it for their rules, it´s a great system so that would be nice.
