Captain America - Loved it!
Green Lantern - twas ok
Thor - Better than Green Lantern IMHO, but Cap was better
Cowboys vs Aliens - Started out good, but the ending kinda stunk. The Hero's babe gets disintegrated, then his next love interest gets blowed up real good, yet the hero rides off into the sunset without seeming to notice.
Smurfs - The little 'un wanted to see it so we took her out for a special day. Predictable, but I actually LOLed a few times. Good Family Film.
Kung Fu Panda 2 - Family friendly flick, but see it when its cheap.

Pirates was worth my money and was great, but I am biased towards pirate movies...

Hangover 2 was worth the money, and I found it to be a good continuation of the first one just not as quotable.

Captain America was a good movie and also worth my money.

I think that is the entire list of movies we watched. I feel my money was well spent and the wife enjoyed them as well.

Pirates was so long ago I had forgotten! I'd say that was probably my overall favorite of the summer.

Pirates was my favorite, by far.
Thor was OK, Green lantern was almost OK.
Haven't seen Cap America yet, so can't tell for this one.
Harry Potter was great, but I'm a big fan, so not very objective...

Some people say I kitbash, this is incorrect since I am male and genetically incapable of reading instructions. I cut, score, and fold until it fits together, the only way the author could have intended it. Right?

Wow, I missed a lot on my list...

Super 8 & Kung fu Panda - kids movies, didn't really enjoy them (Kung Fu Panda did have a few good laughs though).

X-men First Class - Good.

Pirates 4 - I would list this as the best of the summer! <- winner!

I had also forgotten Pirates....

Also Dylan Dog.

Sad really, because other than Potter and Cap'n Crunch, I mean America, those were my favorites for this summer. (Do not get me wrong - Dylan Dog was not a good movie - I considered it a bad movie with a few good scenes.)

The Auld Grump, still, the trailer for Battleship was worse than any of the movies....
