You got some nice figures in there... the Reaper of Souls is a very cool mini, and one of my favourites from the set is the Devil Imps. Along with your Blood Demon, you have a great selection to field when Hellworks is released

Drimdal, I know in the game the Executed Convict isn't a zombie, but Kane bought the brick for zombie minis to use in other games primarily, so since they look the part, no reason to not use them that way. I know I do.

Kane, I know what you mean about being unsure whether to pop them all off their bases or not. I'd recommend keeping the uniques on their bases at least, since they have good resell value.

I already have an Avatar of Cthulu and he rocks. Sorry you didn't find one, but I won't part with mine. I'm surprised you didn't want a Dire Werewolf as well... that figure rocks and holds a motorbike torn apart in his claws....

Is THAT what the Dire Werewolf is holding? Daaaamn...ok, next goal is Cthulhu and Dire Werewolf! I had to hide the Widow Octavia because my fiancee is deathly afraid of spiders.

Yeah, Uniques are DEFINITELY staying on their bases as they go for about $10 on up from what I've seen.

A lot of the minis don't look that great on the site, but in person are amazing... like those little Devil Imps. Of course, some of them actually look worse in person, like the Field Agents (IMO). The Scarecrow looks good in both the photos and in person though

Bishop Luzifer is another superb mini... but I can't imagine a use for him right now. I have him though, and he'll stay on his base.

BTW, if you don't want to keep Widow Octavia around, you could always trade her. I have two copies of the unique Jekyll and Hyde if you are interested in one of them.

Went to PAX in Seattle this past weekend (WOAH) and got some more Horrors! Picked up the starter set and the Hellboy & the BPRD pack. They had a poster for the next big HorrorClix expansion. It had no title, just HorrorClix Coming Spring 2008 with pictures of Freddy, Jason, and Leatherface! YAY! 80s slasher monsters!

Gah, I was there on Saturday too. We should have met for coffee or something. Oh well.

I couldn't afford the $75 to get Vlad the Impaler, so just spent enough to get the horrorclix map (i.e. anything) by picking up a Star Wars booster and a Pirates booster. I don't play either (yet) but I love the ships.

I wasn't that impressed by the Lambda Class Shuttle until I actually built my own one... now I can appreciate how cool it is. The game actually sounds fun too...

There are lots of suitable zombies throughout the D&D line, dig through the gallery on the Wizards site.

I was buying boosters and trading away the rares for loads of commons and uncommons. Same thing goes for the generic HeroClix minis.

Between me and the wife, we got every reward on the list. So, got Vlad AND Thor. Also got a second map and second Batman on day 2...heheh. LOTS of tiny little pirate ships have we!

After I place my order I usually tell people who might be interested. But since this is really the busiest site I post at I don't think I that the stores would change their prices just to rip off the new customers.

Besides usually the deals I find are for stuff in my local stores not internet sites. So usually only my friends or family could benefit.

My gaming group has put "Traveller" on the shelf during football season, but picked up "Star Wars" D20 for "liesurely, pregame gaming on Sundays, so I have been ordering......WOTC Star Wars figs (it feels good till someone sees ya doing it ) Those stormtroopers are kicking my butt! A buck a piece???? And han Solo: $10.00???? Not like those twenty cent zombies I used to pick up!

$.20!? I don't even get that on common D&D minis. No wonder you play clix. At that price I'd have gotten into myself.
