I knew about the GW Bunker... already had a bad experience where they messed up an order for two months before finally admitting they couldn't get what I wanted and gave me something else worth a little more. What was I ordering that was so hard to get in? Plain slotless miniature bases. Not too impressed.

I didn't know there was a supermall in Auburn, and Tukwila isn't too far. We've mostly explored north and east of the city, with two trips south to Burien and Tacoma for gaming stores, but wasn't impressed with anything we found down that way. I'll have to make a trip down that way soon.

I think Kane has a local store north of Seattle... Fire Sword or something. Haven't managed to make it there yet, despite going to the mall right by it quite a few times.

Hmm, and to bring the thread back on topic... I can't say that I've seen many zombies in the locations I've visited, though there have been a few people that I wasn't sure about

On average how long does it take to drive from say Redmond to downtown Seattle.

During rush hour and outside of rushhour?

I agree. From Bellevue to Seattle, which is a little closer, it takes about 30 minutes on average, but can take an hour or two in rush hour. Like any city, rush hour is a nightmare. Redmond is anywhere from 15 minutes from Bellevue to an hour in really bad traffic.

I wish Arabin, but with a 5 month old now my travel plans are on hold for awhile.

When I first graduated I wanted to job hunt in Washington hearing so much about the scenery. However, the prospect of flying out to interview with a pocket full of debt already was hard to swallow particularly when I had some decent offers in Dallas. (from Louisiana originally.. sort of.. military brat really)

Since then I have always wanted to go up and visit.

At this point the closest I can get is I run Shadowrun local is Seattle so that query was for more general ingame info.



One of these days Ill visit.

As an aside, has anyone here played Fallout? Where the rotting undead things are some of the good guys. (At least one person, on these very forums, is running a Spycraft game in that setting. )
