$60 for the Core 30 does seem a little high. I would have liked to see it in the $40-50 range. Although, I won't be getting it as an add on and likely wouldn't have at a reduced price. I am in for Core Set + Add Ons. What I need to do is start prioritizing. I am all over the place with my choices and just had a monetary setback. I was ready to get one of everything (or rather close to it) and now I will likely be much closer to the $200 mark.

One of everything is kind of an interesting mindset, in that only things that REALLY stand out as something I don't need get dropped. Prioritizing is a lot more effort.

Anyone care to guess the end result for the Kickstarter? I am going to say $4.13m because 20k backers at $200 average is $4m and I like Pi...and pie too.

If you are curious what similar Kickstarter trends are like, check out . The per day graph matches very closely with Bones 2 so far. Big second Kickstarters tend to pull in more pledges and more backers the last few days. At the 48 hour mark, people get the reminder email if they starred the project. Also, the things that open up, the more things people want to buy and the more they stretch their budgets.

Mine personally has shrank since the beginning of this month due to a few hundred dollars in car repairs. I am still planning to back as heavily as possible and maybe scrounge cash for the pledge manager.

As for the minis, the were-shark looks awesome and I WILL be finding a way to work a few into my campaign. Practicing blending with them is a great idea.

I like that the Great Old One seems versatile enough to use as a giant worm, an other worldly abomination, some mutated sewer creature, etc. It is on my list.

To me the real problem is that i have A TON of bones 1 minis still unpainted and i'm also painting a darg vengeance set from GW....
So i don't want to spend too much in something i will probably be able to paint in 2 years from now!

I think my problem is one that you could summarize with the word "addiction."

On the Reaper forums, they call it "figmentia."

They unlock and get picked up fast. I hang in the comments and watch for them and wait for updates. Took a few days of lurking....

Man I can't wait to get these, don't really care the wave #, sooner better than later, but I guess some patience is due.

We just need to get there. I know that last time everything notched up in the last 48 hours. I just fear it won't this time. We'll just have to see. We're closing in right now on the $2,275k Great Old One reveal.

I am excited to unlock that one, but I am more excited to see the reveal. It has kept me up past my bedtime.

I am crossing my fingers for a surge at the end, although to be honest I would be perfectly content with everything that has been shown so far. Everything else is just a bonus.

I started in Wave 5, moved to Wave 4, missed a Wave 3 opening a few minutes ago and JUST got in to Early Bird. Very interesting. There are now 9 open spots in Wave 5. The backers number seems to be dropping slightly (not surprised) while the dollars are still creeping up. Reaper introduced a new dynamic with the expansions - I am sure we are all curious how it will play out.

They also announced that locals can go to any wave and still pick things up as early as they want once things are ready. They were encouraged to switch pledge levels to open spots for other backers. To drop now would be silly. At least wait until Saturday to reevaluate.

Expansion 2 just got even better in my eyes...
