Well I will have to wait till next week (this wednesday we where not cuorum - 2 players can't come)...More time to prepare the next scenografi . I'm building a temple - an old temple of old Sun Priest that went to the mountain triying to be near Solace...and they fell - Orcs ... and now something lurks in it...Spiders...but real ones...big ones but not Sa-Karans...I hope they stay a few days there purifying it after defeating the swarm...I supose they will arrive there because I ended my last game after taking the blood stone and all fall apart...I supose I'll reduce the number of Orcs...because knowing my group they will fight...and if they are tired after the cave it'll be a massacre...so maybe I reduce them and after make something like a hunt for them...

The Spinner was quite deadly (they won for number) but 1 lucky shoot and left 1 wounded and 2 shaken... - the next shot but was lucky for them...But a good fight...begining to handle the Moster things...Hope your's can fight 2 of them...

Fireburst: you thrown damage for every creature inside (after the agility check...and you must get a better result that the spellcasting - no?) the range or one damage for all ?

the ring giantslayer...I remember read about it in the PEGINC forum but I'm not able to find it...a double size is two more in size ? ... say a normal human vs a Size +2 creature or more ?

I'm not sure what the official take on Fireburst is. We've rolled damage seperately for each person/monster caught in the burst that fails their Agility roll, but I can see making one damage roll. One roll is certainly is more FFF, but also has the potential to be really good or really bad based on one roll). You might consider asking on the peginc forum.

I don't think the Size ratings are linear (ie, Size +2 is 2x size, Size +4 is 3x size, etc). Large is Size +4 and Huge is Size +8, so keep that in mind. I wouldn't use a hard and fast rule based off Size category, I'd figure it out based on wearer/opponent's heights - it would be different for a Half-folk than it would an Elf than it would a Half-Orc, for example.

I can answer a few of the questions off the top of my head. I don't have the EN book handy, so I can't answer the ones about the spiders - although make sure to use the Gang Up bonus (up to +4) when they attack en masse, and remember that they have Improved Frenzy (so they get two attacks with no penalty). Also, I haven't given them (the Spiders) any penalty for Light.

As far as light in general goes, check page 63 under Darkness. Depending on how advanced you have the Darkness from the Spike, you should give the players a -1 or -2 and limit visibility (that is also subject to Low Light vision and other edges). I would treat the early stages of the Spike's darkness as normal light, then after time treat it as Dim (-1) with no radius (just everywhere), then finally as Dark (-2) with no radius.

For 2nd actions, barring specific edges, you can NEVER take the same action twice in the same round, even when taking a MAP. So you can't cast two spells, or attack twice with the same weapon, or run twice, etc.

This party is too big and too powerful now (numbers in Savage Worlds make a huge difference) to take through the normal adventure now (they are fleeing along the south rim of the mountains, after seeing what happened to King's Port), so I am about to take the party into seriously Epic mode.

After encountering a band of elves that are hunting for them (one character is the hereditary "Warlord" of the Elves, a position that only comes into play in time of War - like now - and whose existence coupled with a prophecy at her birth cast the elven nation into chaos), then as they are escaping the spider hordes they will encounter a dwarf outpost that will help them fend off the constant and repeated attacks by the horde (think of the Battlestar Galactica episode "33"). After being saved by the Dwarves they will be entreated to alert the Dwarven nation of the impeding spider attacks, and find their only way there is via a Moria-like ancient dwarven realm (based somewhat off Moria and somehwat one of the scenarios in Scarred Lands' Burok Torn supplement), and after defeating the nasty-ass demon there (and gaining a Bell that summons the spirits of dead dwarven warriors) they will end up getting transported to the Elven throneroom (through a Portal - the one from the Encounter set, no less).

The throneroom will be total chaos, with the two factions (the Imperials and the supporters of the Warlord, including Zash's mysterious mentor who raised her and trained in seclusion) will be battling, steel drawn, in the heart of the throneroom when the player's arrive, and they will have to deal with Zash's Warlord status. (In prophetic terms, she is "The Destroyer" and her fate is to both save and destroy the Elven nation. I'm sure you can see where I'm headed with that. In addition, we have a Half-Orc who hates his Orc brethren, whose fate - as yet unknown to him - is to save the Orc tribes by leading them in the final battle against the Spike. The irony abounds; she who loves her people is doomed to destroy them, while he who hates his will end up saving them. I love RPGs.)

Well I've played the rescue of the prisioners...they have an easy one..they had the initiative and a few jokers...the spiders in group are dangerous...one on one...well not much of a fight...but it was a bit thouger with the master (but not as planned)...A few pictures...you can see also in there a few shoots of the kitbashes of the houses a L shape and a rectangular one...
