Halloween 2011 was the best in many years for me. Friday night I went to a rockin' house party as my X-wing Pilot and stole the show, this was after winning wide acclaim as the "Jedi with a lightsaber through him" at the zombie walk a few weeks ago.

I brought my smoke machine and disco lights to the party and blew everyones mind, plus I out drank a whole room full of 20-somethings and stayed up until 5. I awoke with no hangover, ready to crush my adversaries. Grr!

On the actual night of Samhain I got to hand out candy a few times, I really missed that. I had an amazing weekend even though I had to work most of it.

No costume for me, but got to dress gothy and play a show with my band! Was a LOT of fun!

Quasimodo went over pretty well this year. I spent most of the evening playing greeter by running up to new guests at the end of the driveway with a lumbering gait. Made more than one women scream.

Everything looks awesome! The kids dressed up this year as "black batman" and "black spider-man." With the storms and running around, the wife and I did not have a chance to get a costume together.

I went as a Plague Doctor again - not as good as last year, the 1920s clerical garb that I rented last year had been sold. (I knew that I should have bought it.) Pictures were taken, I don't know if I will get one to show.

Party ended early, more than half the folks didn't show, the weather hurt the festivities badly.

I didn't run Harrowstone as planned, and only saw one of the movies. Trollhunter was... oddly enjoyable, even if it did not fit with the ghost theme.
