Yes sir! Pre-cut with about 10mm of foam between chambers. Seems to be the way to go for humanoid models as you really don't need that 1/2" you get with the Sabol pluck foam. KR has plucks as well, but they alternate between thicker pieces and thinner so you can customise while still fitting a reasonable amount of models in there. My first order is just the pre-cuts since a majority of my models are humanoids. Will definitely pick up some deeper plucks for my transports and tanks later, though.

The case finally showed up today! It was packaged only in thick brown paper but showed very little wear from having been shipped from England. The foam pieces are a very smooth, soft foam. I was surprised just how much roomier they are than they appear from the printouts. Even my StormBoyz fit in the larger pockets. Will take some pictures tomorrow!

Although slightly more expensive I may just have to go with Battlefoam. Their vehicle trays are more than worth it.

Right now I'm using GW cases for my figures and a box for my vehicles.

Thanks Grump, then he'll be good for WHFB as that's what I want him for, can't stand the look of GWs giant.

Here's what I use... very cheap and effective. Free computer hardware boxes (I prefer the HP keyboard & mouse boxes because they are just the right width and length while beeing deep enough to have 2 levels. However motherboard boxes are nice as well) Cut other cardboard down and use hotglue to make spacers. In the past I used foam but the foam takes up so much space that by switching to cardbard dividers I was able to fit twice as many minis in. I made some of the trays out of smaller computer hardware boxes that fit just perfectly. Yet other trays I had to just make out of cardboard and hotglue.

I rarely transport anything so I'm not too worried about them rubbing on cardboard. As you can see for the plastic minis I just group them together as they don't harm eachother.

Not very fancy but the only cost I have in to this setup is the cost of hot glue sticks. Each row can hold at least 80 minis so thats 160 minis per box at a super cheap price.

Here's a little somethingI picked up at Axe Man... they had dozens of them and different sizes. Wish I had got more at the time. I just use this for crafting tools. I think they were labled as poker chip cases.
